This tier described the activity of the Bluetooth server, including how many people have been contacted with what content, and the breakdown of the various campaigns against different regions and locations.

Tier 2

This tier describes what the user did with the content once they received the content on their phone, for example did they download further content ? Did they provide some feedback ? What data was gathered for a Mobile CRM programme ?
