How can we make it easy to deploy mobile solutions ?

Our prism architecture enables mobile solutions to be deployed with ease. Each handset on the market has differing capabilities. It is important that mobile content is deployed correctly based on the handset which is making the request. Our provisioning solution based on the our prism architecture allows the right content to be delivered to the right handset in an intelligent manner

Provisioning

We keep information on hundreds of phones in our central database. This information defines the capability of the handsets including their screen size, resolution, MMS capability and Java Capability.

We use this information to dynamically render images to the correct size using our Transcoder Gateway ( Link to http://www.imagehabitat.com/tgate.htm ) and also provision the correct Java applications to the right handsets.

Reporting

Monitoring the usage behaviour of Mobile solutions and applications is critical to the success of the deployment of these systems. We provide comprehensive reporting on the usage of the applications and solutions in a time based view so our customers can refine their mobile strategy accordingly.

Support

It is important that end users are given the right information to use their mobile application so to overcome the barriers of entry to the usage and success of the solution. Image Habitat provides a complete support knowledge base for customer support agents, which they can use to understand issues with handsets. They can also use this knowledge base to help the user navigate through their phone to reach the desired function.
